Note: Inspect the O-ring seals. Replace any O-ring seals that are worn or damaged.
Note: Before installation, apply 1U-6396 O-Ring Assembly Compound to the O-ring seals.
- Install baffle assembly (63).
- Install washer (60) and nut (59).
Note: Tighten nuts (59) to a torque of
55 ± 10 N·m (40.6 ± 7.4 lb ft) . - Install gasket (62).
- Install two bolts (61).
Note: Tighten bolts (61) to a torque of
100 ± 20 N·m (73.8 ± 14.8 lb ft) . - Repeat Steps 1 through 4 for baffle assembly (64).

- Fill the hydraulic tank. The capacity of the hydraulic tank is
580 L (153.2 US gal) .
