Hitch Cylinder - Disassemble
Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the hitch cylinder. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly Manual, "Hitch Cylinder - Remove and Install".
Standard
Note: The standard cylinder is used for the following serial numbers: (PIN: 8DN1-2141DR1-719)
- Remove cylinder head (11) and remove piston rod assembly from cylinder assembly (6) .

- Remove locknut (1), seal (5), piston assembly (4), seal (2), wear ring (10), O-ring seal (9), cylinder head (11), seal (8), oil seal (7) from piston rod assembly (3), bushing (12) and the grease fitting.
Optional
Note: The optional cylinder is used for the following serial numbers: (PIN: 8DN215-UP1DR720-UP7DM1-UP)
- Remove cylinder head (11) and remove piston rod assembly from cylinder assembly (6) .
