Removal Procedure

Challenger 35 (PIN: 8DN215-UP), Challenger 45 (PIN: 1DR720-UP) and Challenger 55 (PIN: 7DM1-UP)

Attach a strap and a suitable lifting device to the end of the lower link assembly.

Remove pin (1) and pin (2) from the lower link assembly.

Remove the upper bolt (3), the pin (4), the spacer, and the washer (if equipped). Remove the lift link assembly.

Installation Procedure

Attach a strap and a suitable lifting device to the end of the lower link assembly.

Install the lift link assembly. Install the spacer, the washer (if equipped), the pin (4), and the upper bolt (4) .

Install pin (2) and pin (1) to the lower link assembly.
