Drive Wheel Bolt Torque - Tighten

The drive wheel bolts and the axle bolts on both sides of the machine should be tightened after the initial 10 service hours. Make sure that you do not loosen the drive wheel bolts in order to tighten the bolts. Tighten 12 axle bolts (1) and 18 drive wheel bolts (2) to a torque of 750 ± 90 N·m (550 ± 65 lb ft).
Note: Machines that are equipped with the later drive wheel segment do not require tightening after the initial 10 service hours. For additional information, see your CLAAS dealer.
