Note: The pilot valve in Illustration 1 is for machines with an auxiliary function (logging fork, side dump bucket, multipurpose bucket, etc). Machines without an auxiliary function will not have auxiliary valve (3).

Pilot Valve (Standard Lever Control) with an Auxiliary Valve (1) Tilt valve. (2) Lift valve. (3) Auxiliary valve (Pin coupler).

Note: Tilt valve (1), lift valve (2), and pin coupler (3) have similar specifications. The tilt valve is shown in Illustration 3.

(4) Torque for the two bolts ... 12 ± 3 N·m (9 ± 2 lb ft)

(5) Torque for the bolts that are marked with an X ... 28 ± 4 N·m (20 ± 3 lb ft)

(6) Lubricate the contact areas of the pin joint and the plunger with a 1P-0808 Grease Cartridge.

(7) Apply 9S-3263 Thread Lock Compound to the threads prior to assembly. Torque for the bolt ... 28 ± 4 N·m (20 ± 3 lb ft)

(8) Torque for the adapters ... 45 ± 5 N·m (33 ± 4 lb ft)
