The cycle timer sends a pulsing signal which is one second on and one second off to the solenoid valve which directs hydraulic fluid to the lubricant pump. The cycle timer is preset to 30 cycles per minute. The adjustment range is from 0.5 seconds or 60 cycles per minute to 5 seconds or 6 cycles per minute.
Adjustment
Turn adjustment screw (1) counterclockwise in order to decrease the time. Turn adjustment screw (1) clockwise in order to increase the time.
Turn adjustment screw (1) counterclockwise for 20 turns in order to ensure that the cycle timer is starting at the minimum setting.
Note: The cycle timer cannot be adjusted below the minimum setting. Additional counterclockwise turns cause no effect.
Each clockwise turn increases the setting by approximately 0.3 seconds. Add the number of clockwise turns in order to reach the desired timing. Depending on the accuracy that is required, additional adjustments may be necessary.
A red light turns on inside the cycle timer when power is going to the solenoid valve. Use the light to assist in setting the time.
