VFS50 and VFS70 Versatile Flotation System Caterpillar


Installation of Scale Group

  • In order to install brackets (1) to both sides of the axle, use the following parts: six bolts (2), twelve washers (3) and twelve locknuts (4). Use shims (5), as required.

    1. In order to install shafts (6), use the following parts: two pins (7), two pins (8) and two cotter pins (9) .

      Note: Shafts (6) are supplied in the package from the manufacturer of the scale.

    1. In order to install plate (10) to shafts (6), use the following parts: two pins (7), two bolts (8) and two locknuts (9) .

    1. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for the correct installation of the following components: wiring for the scale and control for the scale.
