Problem:
The 0S-1625 Bolts used to retain the bogie suspension spindle to the suspension support axle may come loose.
Solution:
The problem is under investigation. It is currently believed that the bolts were not properly tightened during assembly. When servicing a suspect machine verify that the bolts are tightened to the proper torque of 270 ± 40 N·m (200 ± 30 lb ft).
