NOTE: | This Program can only be administered after a failure occurs. The decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS53423" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

PROBLEM
The existing engine oil cooler can fail on certain 793F, 795F, and 797F Off-Highway Trucks. If the existing oil cooler fails it can cause oil to enter the cooling system and/or coolant to enter the oil system. |

ACTION REQUIRED
Refer to Troubleshooting, KENR5398, "Coolant Contains Oil" and confirm the oil cooler is the source of the leak. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, KENR6052, for removal and installation instructions. Ensure the cooling and lube system has been properly flushed if contaminated with the incorrect fluid. Refer to Image 1 and Image 2 for the proper location the various seals/gaskets for 16 cylinder engines (Group 2). Refer to Image 3 and Image 4 for the proper location the various seals/gaskets for 20 cylinder engines (Group 1). |
