NOTE: | This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI32430" as the Part Number and "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI32430" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

1. Begin at the SISWeb home page. The address is https://sis.cat.com 2. From the SISWeb home page, select the Engine Technical Marketing Information - TMI Link. 3. Once in TMI, input the serial number of the machine into the reference number box and select "serial number" in the drop down menu. 4. Press the "Retrieve Data" button. 5. Select the "Emissions Data" link. 6. Click on the emissions contact link (EngineCertificationHelp@perkins.com). Refer to Image1.1.1 "TMI Screenshot". 7. Please ensure the e-mail subject line includes the PI number and the machine serial number you are requesting labels for. (e.g."PI3XXXX - M/C S/N K3J0XXXX") 8. The e-mail needs to include the following information - Dealer Name Dealer Code Machine Serial Number Engine Serial Number Label Shipping information Contact Name Street Address City State Zipcode Country Contact e-mail address Contact Phone number 9. Once the above information has been received, the new emissions labels will be shipped. 10. After receiving the new emissions labels, remove the old labels from the engine (See Image1.1.2 "Front Right Low Label" for label location) following the steps below. 11. Gently heat the label using a heat gun. Then using a blunt scraper lift the corner of the label taking care not to cut or damage the paint. The label should be pealable once heat has been applied so gently remove the rest of the label ? be sure to do this quickly as the label will get cold again making it more difficult to remove. Note: the label will not come off in one piece, but if it is proving particularly difficult to remove use more heat to warm it up. 12. Once the emissions label has been removed, check the area for any excess glue or dirt. If required, please clean the area before applying a new label. 13. Fit replacement emissions label to the same original label location area. |

The label should be pealable once heat has been applied so gently remove the rest of the label ? be sure to do this quickly as the label will get cold again making it more difficult to remove. Note: the label will not come off in one piece, but if it is proving particularly difficult to remove use more heat to warm it up. 13.
