Flash Software Now Available {7620}

Usage:

572R (AAC, 2HZ) Pipelayers

Description of Change: Flash software is now available for the drivetrain controller on the pipelayer model listed above. The feature enhancements of this new software are described below:

* The deadband has been increased for the steering sensors in the pedal/lever steering arrangement. In the previous version of software, if the steering levers were pushed forward into the rubber stops, the resulting change in lever calibration had the potential to partially release the steering clutch when the lever was returned to the normal released position. Increasing the steering sensor deadband in this software corrects that problem.

* This software increases the brake torque at the pedal detent to improve machine steering performance under loaded conditions.

* This software supports the Pedal/FTC steering attachment.

* This software no longer allows flash programming if the parking brake is released.

Adaptable To: The new 175-1369 Software Group is a direct replacement for the existing software package. The new software group is effective with the 572R (2HZ369) Pipelayer. The new software is adaptable to 572R (2HZ1-368, AAC1-Up) Pipelayers.
