Description of Change: The lip type dust seal in the head of the hydraulic cylinders is improved from a single lip type seal to a double lip type seal for better oil retention.

Adaptable To: The description of the new and former part numbers are listed in Table 1. The new dust seals for the hydraulic cylinders are adaptable to the above listed models as noted in Table 1. Illustration 1 is a typical example of the location and the installation position of the new double lip type seal in the head of the hydraulic cylinders.

NOTE: Apply 4C-4032 Compound, to the wiper groove prior to the installation of the new double lip type dust seal in the cylinder head.
