Replacing Propel Pumps On Vibratory Compactors {5070}

Subject: When replacing the propel pumps on these compactors with new pumps, it is important to remove the servo orifices under the X1 and X2 ports in the pump case. The orifices must be installed in the X1 and X2 ports on the replacement pumps. The new pumps do not come with servo orifices installed. The orifices are necessary for smooth starting and stopping of the propel system to avoid marking the asphalt mat.
