A number of improvements have been made to the screed actuator motors used for the crown height and slope power options. These improvements include the use of a sealed ball bearing for longer electric motor bearing life, doweling of the actuator cover to casing to ensure better gear alignment and engagement and the use of a snap ring for the torque limiter setting, which provides a more accurate torque setting. These improvements will provide for longer service life and are direct service replacements for the ones previously used.
