The 030-7946 Elbow and 3J-7354 O-Ring Seal within the 112-6564 Piston Pump Group in the above machines MUST be properly assembled. Improper assembly of the 030-7946 Elbow and 3J-7354 O-Ring Seal may cause hydraulic oil leakage.

The assembly process improvement is in production, effective with the above machines.

Installation


View of the 112-6564 Piston pump Group.

(1) Pressure and flow compensator.
(2) 030-7946 Elbow.
(3) O-Ring nut.
(4) 135-6615 Tube Assembly.

1. Install the 030-7946 Elbow (2) turned down into the port until the 3J-7354 O-Ring Seal contacts the seat in the pressure and flow compensator (1).

2. Position the 030-7946 Elbow (2) to align with the 135-6615 Tube Assembly (4).

3. Tighten the O-ring nut (3).
