Description of Change: A new bag and gas valve (bladder) has replaced the former bag and gas valve (bladder) in the standard accumulator groups for the steering system.

A new bag and gas valve (bladder) has replaced the former bag and gas valve (bladder) in the optional arctic climate accumulator group for the steering system.

The new bag and gas valves have a stronger charging valve assembly.

Adaptable To: The new 148-2599 Accumulator Valve is a direct replacement for former 4T-8657 Bag & Gas Valve in 6E-5160, 6E-6611, 9T-4785, and 9T-8933 Accumulator Groups (standard).

The new 148-2595 Accumulator Valve is a direct replacement for former 6E-5158 Accumulator Valve in 6E-5159 Accumulator Group (arctic climate).

For operating conditions below - 37° C (- 35° F), 148-2595 Accumulator Valve (arctic climate bladder) can be used in place of 148-2599 Accumulator Valve or 4T-8657 Bag & Gas Valve.

The new valves are adaptable to earlier machines.

See illustration and chart for service parts.

Typical of 6E-5159, 6E-5160, 6E-6611, 9T-4785 and 9T-8933 Accumulator Groups
