Cover Assembly Protect Hydraulic Tank Sight Glasses{5056}

Description of Change: Covers are now being used to protect the sight glasses on the hydraulic tank from dirt and debris.

Adaptable To: The 6E-6059 Cover Assembly is in effect with with the machines shown in the chart and can be installed on earlier machines.

Use the following procedure to install the 6E-6059 Cover Assembly on earlier machines.

1. Remove two 5D-0353 Bolts that hole the sight glass to the hydraulic tank.

2. Install the 6E-6059 Cover Assembly on the hydraulic tank using the two bolts removed in Step 1.

NOTE: The 6E-6059 Cover Assembly can be installed to open to the right or left.

3. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 for the remaining sight glasses on the tank.
