start by:

a) remove turbocharger

1. Remove nuts (1) and spacers (2) that hold the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head.

2. Remove exhaust manifold (3) and the gaskets.

Install Exhaust Manifold

1. Put the gaskets in position on the cylinder head. Put exhaust manifold (1) in position on the studs.

2. Put 5P3931 Anti-Seize Compound on the studs. Install the spacers and nuts that hold the exhaust manifold. Tighten the nuts in sequence shown to a torque of 38 ± 5 lb.ft (49 ± 7 N·m).

end by:

a) install turbocharger
