New Lifting Eye Group Used On 3412 Industrial Engines Equipped With Turbochargers
Usage:
Description of Change: A new lifting eye group is now used on 3412 Industrial Engines equipped with turbochargers. The left rear bracket used in this group gives more clearance between the turbocharger compressor outlet and the lifting chain. Formerly, it was possible for the lifting chain to pull the compressor housing loose from the cartridge assembly and/or damage the compressor.
Adaptable As: The new 7N7766 Lifting Bracket is a direct replacement for the former 7N1751 Lifting Bracket on 3412 Industrial Engines equipped with turbochargers. The same hardware used to fasten the former bracket to the cylinder head can be used to install the new bracket.
