Usage:
Challenger 65 Tractors
Description of Change: On Challenger 65 Tractors, the steering diverter "flip-flop" valve has a drain line for any internal leakage past the valve spool. The drain line has been changed so any oil from this steering valve will drain into the steering hydraulic tank. See illustration. Formerly, the drain line connected to the top of the transmission. This could cause too much steering oil to drain into the transmission.
Adaptable To: The new parts are approximately effective with PIN 74C1021. The new parts, all used together, can be installed on earlier Challenger 65 Tractors.
