Improved Coupler Pin Helps Prevent Cylinder Rod Bending{6129}

Description of Change: The coupler cylinder on IT12 Integrated Toolcarriers has a 5G7635 Pin Assembly attached to each cylinder rod. The inside diameter (ID) of this pin assembly has been increased to permit more clearance between the pin ID and the cylinder rod if there is a butt engagement between the pin and the attachment. This will allow the pins to be forced on through the attachment holes and reduce bending stresses in the cylinder rods.

Adaptable To: The improved 5G7635 Pin Assembly (part number did not change) is effective with IT12 Integrated Toolcarriers 2YC1314 and 4NC1487. The ID in the earlier pins can be increased from 19.10 mm (.752") to 20.50 mm (.807") as shown.

Making the hole size larger in the pin where it connects to the cylinder rods.
