Add a note to this article that the bushing kits contain only flange-type bushings, and can only be installed in the later pulleys. A visual inspection of the pulley will be necessary because the earlier and later pulleys both have the same part number as listed in the chart.

Several bushing kits are available that can be used to replace the bushings on the crankshaft, idler and fan pulleys on 3500 Series Engines with flanged bushings. See the illustration. These kits include the necessary bushing, bolts, washers and key. See the chart for the correct bushing kit for each application.
