Description of Change: A new clamp is used to hold the muffler to the exhaust pipe on the above loaders and toolcarriers. The new clamp is wider at the joint which prevents relaxation of the clamping force. This helps prevent wear to the muffler inlet and the exhaust pipe.

Adaptable As: The new 7N808 Clamp is a direct replacement for the former 1W5869 Clamp when used as listed in the chart.
Center the slot (joint) in the clamp halfway between two adjacent slots in the muffler. Apply 5P3931 Anti-Seize Compound to the threads of the bolt before torquing the bolt.
