Usage:
140G, 14G Motor Graders
The lubrication instruction films for the 140G and 14G Motor Graders have been corrected. The part number for the new films did not change. The 5P8263 Film for the 140G is now change level 2. The 5P8258 Film for the 14G is also change level 2. The most important change to each film is as follows:
...140G Motor Graders.
The refill capacity for the crankcase of the engine has been changed on the film from 34 liters (9 U.S. gal) to 27 liters (7.25 U.S. gal). The larger quantity of oil is too much oil for the engine.
...14G Motor Graders.
The location for the engine dipstick has been changed on the film to show it on the left side of the engine, instead of the right side.
Each new film can be used as a direct replacement for the former film. The number "2" after the part number on the film tells you it is the new film. Install the new film directly over the former film on the battery box. Remove all dirt or oil from the former film. Use a clean solvent that will not burn. Make the area dry with a clean cloth.
