Differential Bevel Pinion Has Permanently Bonded Plug{3254,3258}

Description of Change: A change has been made to the pinion assembly in the differential and bevel gear group on the above machines. The plug in the end of the pinion is now permanently bonded (fastened) at the factory with an adhesive. This will make sure the plug will not come out. Formerly, it was possible for the plug to not be installed or to come out during operation. This permitted a mixture of the transmission and differential lubricants.
Adaptable To: The pinion and plug are now available only as an assembly. The pinion assemblies and the models with which they are used are shown in the chart. The part numbers did not change.
