6V3145 Leveler Now Available{0644}

Usage:

The 6V3145 Leveler can be used as a general purpose lifting tool for easier installation and removal of machine components. As shown in Illustration 1, the leveler has spreader bars which can be adjusted to keep loads up to 2700 kg (6000 lbs) in the desired position during service procedures. Dimension "A" is adjustable from 762 mm (30") to 1168 mm (46"). The locking bolt holes are 102 mm (4") apart.

The carriage on the main support beam can be moved by turning the lead screw, which permits fine adjustment of the tilt angle of the component being lifted (Illustration 2). This makes it easier to install components, since the load does not have to be put on the floor to adjust the tilt angle. The lead screw can be turned manually or with air-powered tools.
