3616 (1PD, 1FN) Engines Equipped With A Marine Monitoring System

The new 157-1946 Air And Temperature Control Group (Cabinet Cooler) is available to cool Marine Engine Control Panel (MECP), which is the START and STOP control panel of the Marine Monitoring System (MMS). This group is recommended for MMS installations that may exceed an ambient temperature around the outside of the cabinet of 50°C (122°F). The new group is designed to work with shop air supplies of 551 to 689 kPa (80 to 100 psi) with an air consumption of 25 SCFM. The thermostat set point is adjustable and is factory set at 45°C (113°F). The cooler operates only at temperatures above the thermostat set point. The chart and illustration identify the components of the new 157-1946 Air And Temperature Control Group. This control groups is not available for service at the group level. Order the individual components of the groups.
