Description of Change: A new crankshaft counterweight bolt assembly is used in these engines. The new bolt assembly includes a bolt with a permanently captured washer.
Adaptable To: The new 128-4845 Bolt Assembly can be used as a direct replacement for the 7E-4201 Bolt and 7E-4202 Washer in 3500 engine crankshaft counterweights with 32.5 mm (1.28 in) diameter holes. Crankshaft counterweights with 27.0 mm (1.06 in) diameter holes must still use 7E-4201 Bolt and 7E-4725 Washer. See the Reference Article.
