Usage:
Caterpillar Commercial Engines
Description of Change: A new alternator group is now used to replace the former alternator group. The new alternator group uses a longer needle roller bearing in the rear frame for improved longevity.
Adaptable To: The new 121-4134 Alternator Group or remanufactured OR-3527 Alternator Group replaces the former 9X-9096 Alternator Group or remanufactured OR-3232 Alternator Group which are discontinued.
NOTE: When replacing the former alternator group with the new alternator group, the new 126-2368 Debris Guard Kit replaces the former 9X-9008 Screen. All necessary mounting hardware is included with the new 126-2368 Debris Guard Kit.
