Description of Change: Improved camshafts are in production in the above engines. The improved camshafts have eliminated the need for a spacer and have a thicker flange, providing a longer service life.

Adaptable To: The improved 143-4122 Camshaft (Low Seating Velocity) is used in the above G3612/G3616 Engines. The improved 143-4123 Camshaft (Low Seating Velocity) is used in the above G3606/G3608/G3612/G3616 Engines. The improved 143-4124 Camshaft (Medium Overlap) is used in the above G3612/G3616 Engines. The improved 143-4125 Camshaft (Medium Overlap) is used in the above G3608/G3612/G3616 Engines.

NOTE: The improved camshafts are not interchangeable with the former camshafts. The former camshafts are still serviceable.
