Description of Change: A new repair seal kit is available for the 7E-5038 Pilot Operated Valve used in oil lines groups on these engines. This kit includes seals of improved seal material. A result of the improved seal material is increased seal service life. The new kit consists of the four seals and one spring identified in the illustration.

Location of the four seals and one spring included in the 6I-0383 Repair Seal Kit.

Adaptable To: The new 6I-0383 Repair Seal Kit is a direct replacement for the former 7E-5069 Repair Seal Kit for the 7E-5038 Pilot Operated Valve. The former repair seal kit is canceled. The 7E-5038 Pilot Operated Valve is used in the 118-7291, 4P-2122, 7E-5042, 7E-5043, 6I-4499, 7E-6212, 7E-7090, 7E-6213, and 4P-2121 Oil Lines Groups.
