Improved Manufacturing Process Extends Service Life Of New Exhaust Valves

All D343, D348, And D349 Engines
A new exhaust valve is used which is made with an improved manufacturing process. The process enables the valve to better withstand the cyclical loading experienced during normal operation. This will improve the service life of the valve and associated components.
The new 7E7830 Exhaust Valve is a direct replacement for the former 8N3725 Exhaust Valve (canceled). The new parts should not be mixed with the former parts.
