Start By:
- Remove the crankshaft rear seal.
- Remove the electric starting motor.
- Remove the oil pump.
- Remove fuel filter base.
- Remove fuel filter and water separator base.
- Remove fuel priming pump.

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
Note: Inspect all O-rings, seals, and gaskets for wear and damage. Replace if necessary.
- Place engine on suitable cribbing.

- Install the flywheel cover (18) in the reverse order of removal.
