Control Valve (Boom Lowering)

Usage:

301.8 H8X
动臂降下控制阀位于动臂油缸连杆端上。

动臂下降控制阀具有两个功能:

  • 如果液压供油管路出现故障,或供油管出现故障,动臂下降控制阀可防止动臂滑落。

  • 在发动机熄火后,操作员可通过动臂下降控制阀以手动方式降下动臂。

当操作员将操纵手柄移到动臂提升位置时,泵油从主控制阀 (5) 经由管路流向动臂下降控制阀 (3) 的端口 (4)。

泵油流入油道 (12),泵油的压力使单向阀 (9) 移动,允许油通过。 泵油经过油道 (8) 流向动臂油缸连杆端的端口 (2)。 动臂油缸 (1) 的连杆回缩,以执行动臂提升。

当操纵手柄返回空档位置时,动臂油缸 (1) 保持在上升位置。 单向阀 (9) 防止动臂油缸 (1) 连杆端的机油流出。

当操作员将操纵手柄移到动臂下降位置时,泵油从主控制阀 (5) 经由管路到达动臂油缸 (1) 缸盖端的油口。

同时,油流入动臂下降控制阀 (3) 的油口 (14)。 油通过渐缩管 (13) 转化为先导油。 先导油促使安全阀 (11) 克服弹簧 (10) 的力移动。

动臂油缸 (1) 连杆端的油开始流向动臂下降控制阀 (3) 的油口 (2)。 油流入油道 (8),然后流过安全阀 (11)。 油随后从油道 (12) 流到油口 (4)。 机油从端口 (4) 流经管路,进入主控制阀 (5)。 动臂油缸 (1) 的连杆伸出,动臂下降。

操纵手柄返回空档位置时,先导油的压力损失使弹簧 (10) 强行移动并关闭安全阀 (11)。 动臂油缸 (1) 连杆端的油被截留,动臂油缸 (1) 固定不动。
