  1. 行程必须至少为 25 m (82 ft)。 行驶测试地面必须坚硬且尽可能水平。

  2. 在行驶测试地面上画一条 25 m (82 ft) 直线作为参考线。

测试步骤

  1. 起动发动机。

  2. 将发动机转速刻度盘置于高怠速位置。

  3. 升高液压油温度至 55° ± 5°C (131° ± 9°F)

  4. 铲斗应空载。

  5. 安置机器,使一条履带与参考线平行。 将机器停放在行驶测试位置。 参考图 1。

  6. 将行驶速度控制开关置于高速位置。

  7. 同时操作机器的两个行驶操纵杆使机器移动。

  8. 第一 5 m (16.4 ft) 为初步运行。 测量行驶其余 20 m (65.6 ft) 所需的时间。 测量每个方向所需的时间。

  9. 测量距离参考线的行驶偏差。

  10. 将行驶速度控制开关置于低速位置,然后重复步骤 7 至 9。

注: 最大沉降显示与参考线的行驶偏差(距离)。
