New Rotary Switch is Now Used for MECP1 Panel on Certain Engines {7451}

Engine: C18 (S/N: TNA1-5387; JLE1-6012; T2R1-5744)
Marine Engine: C12.9MARENG (S/N: PC71-427; TPJ1-486); C32 MARINE (S/N: RPM1-885; SDN1-1866); C8.7 (S/N: CS71-465)

Description Of Change: New rotary switch is now used for MECP1 panel on certain engines that are listed above. The new rotary switch is able to withstand the engine vibrations and maintain proper connection of the keyswitch circuit.

Adaptable To: The new rotary switch is adaptable to the engines within the listed serial numbers, and is effective with all engines after the listed serial numbers.

The new and former part numbers are listed in Table 1.
