  1. Remove the hoist control valve

  1. Remove tube assembly (1). Remove tube assembly (2).

  2. Remove body (3).

  3. Remove valve (4), stop (5), spring (6), shims (7), stem (8), plug (9), plug (10), plug (11), valve (12), stop (13), spring (14), shims (15), stem (16), plug (17), and plug (18).

  4. Remove body (19).

  8. Remove plug (26), plug (29), plug (30), spring (27), spool (28), plug (31), plug (32), plug (33), plug (34), and plug (35).

  9. Remove O-ring seal (36), O-ring seal (37), and O-ring seal (38). Remove seat (39) and seat (40).

  10. Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to remove body (42) from control valve (41).

  11. Remove plug (43), plug (47), spring (46), valve (44), plug (45), plug (49), and screen (48).
