The Cat Human Machine Interface Display (HMI) is integrated into a G3600 gas engine application. The HMI display is designed for use on engines that are equipped with an A4 engine control module (ECM). The skid-mounted display allows increased engine control and troubleshooting capability with full integration of the compressor controls. The panel constantly monitors and relays information to the operator of the engine and compressor operation. The display panel can be operated in wet, dry, dusty, cold, hot, and hazardous environments where flammable gases or vapors are possible. Information displayed on the G3600 HMI display comes from the engine ECM. The display is a liquid crystal display (LCD) and is backlit with a light emitting diode (LED).
