Filter Screen (DEF) - Inspect/Clean

Note: Before servicing the DEF filter screen (1), shut off the DEF supply to the filter screen.
Note: Place a suitable container under the DEF filter screen before removing. The filter screen may contain diesel exhaust fluid.
- Remove the DEF filter screen (1) from the manifold.
- Inspect the DEF filter screen.
- The DEF filter screen can be cleaned using an ultrasonic water bath. If the desired flow cannot be obtained, replace the filter screen.
- Install the DEF filter screen to the manifold. Ensure that the directional arrow is pointing towards the cabinet.
