Engine Air Cleaner Service Indicator - Inspect

Perhatikan indikator servis. Bersihkan elemen air cleaner atau ganti elemen air cleaner saat kondisi berikut terjadi:

Jendela indikator servis berubah merah.
Hambatan udara mencapai 5 kPa (20 in H₂O).

Uji Indikator Servis

Indikator servis merupakan instrumen yang penting.

Periksa kemudahan penyetelan ulang. Indikator servis harus dapat tereset saat ditekan kurang dari tiga kali percobaan.Jika indikator servis tidak dapat tereset dengan mudah, indikator servis harus diganti. Bila indikator servis yang baru tidak dapat direset, fitting untuk indikator servis mungkin tersumbat.

Ganti indikator servis setiap tahun, apa pun kondisi pengoperasiannya. Ganti indikator servis saat overhaul engine, dan setiap kali komponen engine yang penting diganti.

Catatan: Saat indikator servis yang baru dipasang, penggunaan tenaga yang berlebih dapat membuat bagian atas indikator servis retak. Kencangkan indikator servis ke torsi 2 N·m (18 lb in).
