Zastavení motoru ihned po jeho chodu se zatížením může vést k jeho přehřátí a rychlejšímu opotřebení součástí motoru. Před vypnutím motoru se vyvarujte zvyšování otáček. Pokud nebudete vypínat motor hned po odstavení zátěže, prospějete tím životnosti turbodmychadla a ložisek. |
Poznámka U individuálních aplikací mohou být systémy ovládání odlišné. Dohlédněte na to, aby obsluha plně pochopila postupy vypnutí motoru. K zastavení motoru používejte následující obecně platný postup.
- Odpojte od motoru zátěž. Snižte otáčky motoru (ot/min) na nízké volnoběžné. Nechejte motor po dobu 5 minut v chodu na volnoběh, aby vychladl.
- Jakmile v souladu se systémem vypínání motoru uplyne doba vychládání, zastavte motor a otočte klíčem spínače zapalování do polohy VYPNUTO. V případě potřeby viz pokyny poskytnuté výrobcem zařízení (OEM).
- Po zastavení motoru vyčkejte 2 minuty, než otočíte odpojovací vypínač akumulátoru do polohy VYPNUTO. Příliš brzké odpojení napájení z akumulátoru po vypnutí motoru zabrání vypuštění potrubí kapaliny do výfuku dieselového motoru.
