Service Connections
The only connections needed for operation of the system are in the following list:
- Three-phase connections from the supply
- Neutral input connection for four-wire systems only
- Three-phase connections to the load
The connections are made to the terminal blocks. There are several voltage sources that are developed internally for the system.
The input 230 VAC source is derived from a multi-tap control power transformer (T1). The primary terminals are connected to the input node. The input 230 VAC source is used to provide power to the following components:
- Input contactor (K1)
- Bypass contactor (K3)
- Static bypass contactor (K4)
- Redundant 24 VDC power supplies
The output 230 VAC source is derived from a multi-tap control power transformer (T3). The primary terminals are connected to the output node. The output 230 VAC source is used to provide power to the following components:
- Redundant 24 VDC power supplies
- Output contactor (K2)
- Cooling fans 1,3,4, and 6
