Water Temperature Regulator Housing - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
- Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.
- Remove bolts (1) and disconnect elbow (2) .

- Remove bolts (3) remove water temperature regulator housing (4) .
- Remove O-ring seals (6) and water temperature regulators (7) from water temperature regulator housing (5) .

- If necessary, remove the lip seals.
Installation Procedure

- If necessary, use Tooling (A) to install the lip seals.

- Install water temperature regulators (7) and O-ring seals (6) in water temperature regulator housing (5) .

- Position water temperature regulator housing (4) on the engine. Install bolts (3) and bolts (1) .

- Connect elbow (2) .
- Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.
