Larger O-ring Seal Available For Oil Supply Port In Governor Housing

Some oil supply ports in governor housings have been incorrectly machined. The seat for the O-ring seal may be machined too deep. This may not allow the O-ring to correctly seal due to lack of compression.
A parts service 4P9041 O-ring Seal is available for the governor oil supply fitting. The new seal has a larger cross section to provide more compression. If a leak develops at the port, replace the original 3J7354 O-ring Seal with a new 4P9041 O-ring Seal.
Governor Serial Numbers 0034000 - 0043352 may need this optional O-ring seal.
