Description of Change: The new torque procedure is now used in order to minimize assembly stress in the 206-9790 Bracket and the 194-4827 Alternator Bracket As.
Adaptable To: The improved procedure is as follows:

(1) 206-9790 Bracket (2) 6V-4248 Bolt (3) 194-4827 Alternator Bracket As (4) 6V-1820 Bolt | |
- Hand tighten the bolt (2) through the bracket (1) and into the exhaust manifold.
- Torque the bolt (4) through the bracket (3) and the bracket (1) .
- Torque bolt (2) to the exhaust manifold.
