New 1U8271 Timing Advance Holding Tool Available

3406B (4MG3600-Up) Truck Engines
Reference: Service Manual, 3406B Diesel Truck Engine, Form SEBR0544-02, Page 3-27, "Engine Timing By Timing Pin Method."
The new 1U827 1 Timing Advance Holding Tool is available for use on 3406B (4MG3600-Up) Truck Engines. The new tool is required to hold the timing advance at the bottom of its travel (retarded position) when pin timing the fuel injection pump to the engine. Pin timing cannot be accomplished on these engines without this tool
