Electronic Control Module (ECM) - Replace
在更换 ECM 之前，确保更换是必需要做的操作。 ECM 不太可能是故障的原因。 务必检查并确认 ECM 标有 "+ Battery（蓄电池正极）"的所有触点上有电。 更换 ECM 之前，请务必联系您的代理商的技术通信员征求 Caterpillar 可行的意见。 此咨询可以大大降低维修时间。
注: 配置软件损坏或软件不正确可能会导致 ECM 报告错误的故障诊断代码。 在更换 ECM 之前，向 ECM 中闪存正确的软件，以便确认故障与软件损坏无关。 请参阅测试和调整, "电子控制单元 - 闪存编程"。
步骤
- 连接 Caterpillar 电子技师（Cat ET）。 记录所有配置。
- 将断路开关和钥匙起动开关转到断开位置。 从 ECM 上断开机器线束。
- 拆下 ECM。
- 确保新 ECM 的零件号正确。
- 安装更换的ECM。 将机器线束与更换的 ECM 相连。
- 将断路开关和钥匙起动开关转到接通位置。
- 检查配置是否正确。 如有必要，采用 Cat ET 安装配置软件。 请参阅本手册中的测试和调整, "电子控制单元 - 闪存编程"章节。
- 清除所有因进行前几步骤产生的故障诊断代码。
- 确认 ECM 正常工作。
