如果怀疑整流器出现故障，使用下述步骤进行测试。
- 拆下励磁机盖。
- 拆下将整流器固定到散热片上的螺母。
- 拆下二极管引线。
- 将整流器从散热片上提取下来。
- 请参阅插图 1。 将欧姆表引线跨接在整流器上。 记录欧姆表读数。
- 将欧姆表引线反接。 记录欧姆表读数。
当欧姆表引线以某一方向跨接在整流器上时，欧姆表应指示低电阻。 当欧姆表反向跨接时，欧姆表应指示高电阻。
如果欧姆表在正反两个方向都指示低电阻，说明整流器短路。 如果欧姆表在正反两个方向都指示高电阻，说明整流器开路。
使用具有用具有同等工作性能的整流器来更换有故障的整流器。 当订购整流器备件时应提供如下信息：
- 零件号
- 整流器型号
- 整流器类型
- 发电机的序列号

如果没有欧姆表，可以使用测试灯来测试整流器。 测试灯包括两个标准手电筒电池和一个手电筒灯泡。 请参阅插图 2。
如果怀疑整流器出现故障，使用下述步骤进行测试。
- 拆下励磁机盖。
- 拆下将整流器固定到散热片上的螺母。
- 拆下二极管引线。
- 将整流器从散热片上提取下来。
- 将测试灯跨接在整流器上。 注意灯泡是否点亮。
- 将测试灯反接在整流器上。 注意灯泡是否点亮。
当测试灯引线以某一方向跨接在整流器上时，灯泡应点亮。 当测试灯引线反向跨接时，灯泡不应点亮。
如果灯泡在正反两个方向都点亮，说明整流器短路。 如果灯泡在正反两个方向都不点亮，说明整流器短路。
使用具有用具有同等工作性能的整流器来更换有故障的整流器。 当订购整流器备件时应提供如下信息：
- 零件号
- 整流器型号
- 整流器类型
- 发电机的序列号
