Penyambungan kabel baterai ke baterai dan pelepasan sambungan kabel baterai dari baterai bisa menyebabkan ledakan yang mengakibatkan cedera atau bahkan kematian. Penyambungan dan pelepasan sambungan dari peralatan listrik lainnya juga bisa menyebabkan ledakan yang mengakibatkan cedera atau bahkan kematian. Prosedur untuk penyambungan dan pelepasan sambungan kabel baterai dan peralatan listrik lainnya hanya boleh dilakukan dalam lingkungan yang bersifat tidak eksplosif.

Stud pentanahan elektronik terletak di sudut kiri atas modul kontrol engine.

Pastikan rangkaian kabel OEM tersambung dengan benar. Periksa kondisi rangkaian kabel OEM.

Stud pentanahan elektronik harus memiliki kabel pentanahan ke baterai. Kencangkan stud pentanahan elektronik pada setiap penggantian oli. Kabel dan strap pentanahan harus digabungkan pada pentanahan engine. Semua pentanahan harus kencang dan bebas karat.

  • Bersihkan stud pentanahan elektronik dan terminal untuk kabel ground dengan kain bersih.

  • Jika sambungan rusak karena karat, bersihkan sambungan dengan larutan natrium bikarbonat dan air.

  • Jaga kebersihan stud pentanahan elektronik dan kabel ground dan lapisi dengan gemuk MPGM atau jeli minyak bumi.
