CG137-08 FPL

当发动机停机时,弹簧 (3) 将燃油阀 (4) 的 O 形密封圈压在燃油喷嘴 (5) 上。 没有燃油可以进入汽化器的混合室。

可以调节动力阀 (8) ,限制进入汽化器的燃油量。

当发动机起动时,活塞的进气冲程在气缸中产生真空。 真空将过滤后的进气 (1) 吸入汽化器。 此真空通过通道 (7) 吸气并作用在膜片 (6) 上。 随着膜片上的真空力克服弹簧 (3) 的力,燃油阀从燃油喷嘴移开。 随后,将允许过滤后的空气和燃气 (2) 进入混合室并混合。 随着空气/燃料混合气 (1-2) 经过涡轮增压器压缩机和后冷器,空气燃料混合气完全混合。 油门控制 (9) 控制允许进入发动机的混合气体积。

当发动机以恒定负载和转速运行时,膜片位置保持不变。 膜片只在燃料需求发生变化时才会移动。
